Payment Protection
For the peace of mind of our guests we have taken an insurance policy to protect any money paid to us by you. This provides the same protection as an ABTA bond, but it is provided on a per passenger basis as the legal description below provided by IPP explains.

In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Think Galapagos Ltd are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the liquidation of Think Galapagos Ltd .
There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided.
A certificate detailing this cover will be given to the lead name on the ‘Booking’ as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the appropriate certificate at the time of booking.
This Insurance has been arranged by International Passenger Protection Limited and underwritten by Insurers who are members of the Association of British Insurers.
PLEASE NOTE: The consumer must submit a claim form with 6 months of the date of financial failure of the company. We cannot consider or pay claims received after such date.
